For Hair orders only Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and 2 days for shipping. Shipping can be delayed Due to Covid-19. DDTLuxAvenue is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. DDTLuxAvenue is not liable for shipping delays due to disasters, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on the website. Upon ordering please ensure all delivery information is completed and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment.
We ship using USPS
This company only offers exchanges or store credit. Customers will have 24 Hrs after receiving the products to make a dispute. Items must be returned in its original form. (unused, unwashed, unaltered) All tags must be attached for exchanged credit with original receipt. We will not exchange it without the original receipt. We will only exchange 1 time and the shipping cost will be paid in full by the customer. The exchange will be in affect once the product has been received.
During sales exchanges will NOT be offered. All sales will be final.
